Digital Products

All digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. Once your payment is complete, your files will be available for instant download.

Physical Products

Orders for physical products are typically processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number, if applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. KiraMeetsKaii is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during or after shipping.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and monitor your shipment using the tracking information provided.

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, or delivery could not be completed for reasons beyond our control, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are happy to resend your order once it has been returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and its original packaging.

If the outer packaging appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend taking photos or recording a video before and while opening the package. This documentation may help us evaluate shipping damage claims.

After reviewing your claim, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
