Shipping policy

All digital products will be fulfilled right after purchase, files are available for you to download instantly.

All physical products orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

KiraMeetsKaii is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

KiraMeetsKaii is not liable for any products lost during shipping if you pass the deadline to pick up registered parcel at your local post office and the parcel has to be returned. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect. We will fully examine it and contact you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
