Refund policy

Thank you for choosing KiraMeetsKaii for your digital product needs. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a positive experience with our products. Please take a moment to review our Refund Policy outlined below.

For digital file download, we do not accept returns. If you have any questions with the file or requires different formats, please reach out to us, we will be happy to help. 

For handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. If the time you receive the package is already damaged please record the process if you wish to open and check. We will fully examine it and contact you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. For now, we have two studios which are located in Canada and Taiwan, physical products will be dispatched from the one has stock available. 

 

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for digital products under the following circumstances:

  • Misrepresentation: If the product significantly differs from its description, features, or functionality as presented.

Please Note: Mockup photos are examples of usage of digital files, details for file formats and colors are listed in description.

  • Unauthorized Purchases: In the event of unauthorized or fraudulent purchases made on your account without your consent, we will investigate and process refunds accordingly.

 

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow the following steps:

  • Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team through Customer Service with your refund request. Please provide relevant details, including your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.

  • Verification: We will review your request and may ask for additional information or documentation to better understand the issue.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds due to a change of mind or you no longer require the product.

  • Compatibility: Please check the digital file formats compatibility before placing an order, we do not provide refunds if the files are not compatible with the software you are using. 

  • Abuse of Refund Policy: We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect misuse or abuse of our refund policy. 

In case you are unable to download the digital item(s) you purchase, you must contact us within 3 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 3 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you. For any questions or concerns related to your orders please contact us, we will be happy to help. 

 

5. Policy Updates

We may update this refund policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on our website.
